About this role
We’re looking for an exceptional Head of Communications to join our reshaped Marketing & Communications team who will help increase our ability to punch above our weight in our communications, driving influence, impact and, ultimately, income. To make a lasting impact on those we are here for we need people with game-changing skills and an abundance of energy and commitment.
You’ll be leading a team of seven, so you’ll need to demonstrate effective people and performance management skills, as well as the ability to deliver effective communications strategies, lead cross-channel campaigns, and provide highly effective crisis communications management.
This role requires experience in running a busy press office, driving successful internal communications and social media as both a tool for reaching people and a must-have in engaging them and helping them get the most value from what we have to offer. It will also manage our conferences and events function, ensuring we’re able to connect with our diverse community offline as well as on.
