On 25 May 2018, data privacy laws changed, and we have updated our records to make sure that we’re only contacting the people who want to hear from us. From now on, if you haven't told us how you want to hear from us, we are no longer able to contact you by email.
That’s why we’re asking you to visit our consent portal, create an account and tick the box to continue receiving emails from us. It’s that simple.
Keep hearing from us
I already have an account with you. Do I still need to create one on the consent centre?
Yes. Any other accounts you might have set up in the past – for our website or forum, for example – and any forms you may have filled in are completely separate from our consent portal. Even if you have given us your consent to contact you by email or text in the past, as of 25 May we are only able to contact you if you have created an account on our new consent portal.
I need help creating an account
Telling us how you want to keep hearing from us takes just five minutes. All you need to do is follow these steps:
- Head to our consent portal and click ‘sign up now’
- Fill in your email address and click ‘send verification code’
- Get your verification code from your inbox, copy it, head back to the portal and paste it into the box provided and click ‘verify code’
- Fill in the rest of your details and click create
- Tick the box for email and be sure to save!
You can log into the consent portal at any time to amend your choices if you ever change your mind about the forms of communication you would like to receive from us.
