We are currently looking for a volunteer to assist with facilities and other office administration tasks including:
- Franking and sorting incoming and outgoing post
- Meet and greet visitors to reception, including taking deliveries and distributing
- Inventory and ordering stationary, kitchen and other supplies
- Answer phones and emails, taking and relaying messages
- Contacting contractors; for example, to arrange office maintenance
We are looking for someone with:
- A good telephone manner
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry light loads
- Basic IT skills -Word, Outlook, Excel
- A can-do attitude
